1. What's your returns policy?

Due to the personalised nature of these products, refunds and returns are not allowed.

2. Am I responsible for correct personalisation details?

Yes! Please make sure the details you supply for personalisation are correct, with fadas etc. included. Your order will be made up with the exact details you provide, so please make sure all information supplied is correct!

3. Can I see a print proof?

Yes, where possible, a print proof will be supplied to you before printing and framing. Please take some time to check that all spellings etc are correct before approving the print proof for print. Please note that due to the different processes involved in screen and print, colours will appear darker in print. 

4. How much is delivery?

Unless stated otherwise, delivery is by tracked delivery service to anywhere in Ireland incl. Northern Ireland. Delivery costs are as follows:

1 x Frame = €5.99 

Multiple orders sent to the same delivery address will benefit from some shipping discount:

2 x Frames = €9.99

3 x Frames = €12.99

4 (or more) x Frames = €14.99.

All shipping costs are calculated prior to check out.

5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you safely, I am here to help. Please contact me at helen@simplyindividual.ie.

6. Can I pay by cash?

No. Payment is by PayPal or by credit or debit card only.

7. How long until my order is delivered?

Orders are usually completed within 5-10 business days. That includes delivery to you in that time. If you need it sooner, please mark your order urgent and let me know when you need it by. I'll let you know then whether the order can be completed in time.
