Please note, all orders must be paid for in advance as all products are made to order.

Please take the time to ensure all details for personalised frames are correct, as mistakes cannot be rectified once the order has been placed.  Please pay particular attention to fadas for Irish names and hyphen's in names like Anne-Marie etc!

Delivery addresses for frames to be posted to are the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure addresses supplied are complete.  All orders carry a "if undelivered, please return to Simply Individual" label.  In the event the package is returned to me, an additional delivery charge will be applied if the package needs to be re-sent.

All sales are final. 

No exchanges are allowed. 

Refunds are only entertained if a mistake has been made in personalised frames where the correct details were supplied. 

All breakages or damaged frames must be reported immediately.  Please photograph the damaged item and send the picture to me at helen@simplyindividual.ie
